The map feature is under "Organize". If your picture was taken the same place this one was, on Beard Street, then I'm pretty sure that's it. It's massive.

I'm not really sure what is in the foreground. When I got home, I looked on Google Maps and from where I thought I was, there should be slips and docks in between. Unless the long lens compressed things so much that it's an illusion. *** I'd show you the exact vantage point, but ... wasn't there supposed to be a geo-tag feature here on flickr? I can't seem to find it.
