This skybridge joins Atlantic Center and the Atlantic Mall in Brooklyn. The U-Haul you see at the end of Fort Greene Place is the tip of the 22-acre neighborhood which Ratner would like to raze in order to raise an instant skyline of skyscrapers. The Atlantic Yards project has succeeded in having the zone declared officialy "blighted," the first step towards having properties handed over to him by the city via eminent domain.
