This new building on Carlton Ave. and Dean St. looks kind of cool. I wouldn't mind living there -- if it was in a completely different location. Sitting where it is now, amongst the historic brownstones, this place looks like an alien interloper. I' feel conspicuous going in and out. Not to mention-- it is way too huge for the space.
